Today, the new SAP Slaughterhouse Auditing Guideline and the associated guidelines for the overall assessment of slaughterhouses were published. As of now, the checklists for our audits that are part of the new guidelines are also available for download (German only). With the publication of these guidelines, another important milestone has been reached in the further development of animal welfare and transparency in slaughterhouses.
